Marie Janšová is a specialist and recommended Czech attorney at law in the field of employment law and an expert in human resources law. She provides comprehensive employment law advice, including advice on setting up employment relations and payroll systems, employment law aspects of business transactions, issues of transfer of rights and obligations, specifics of legal relations with managers, protection of know-how, collective bargaining and representation in employment disputes and proceedings before administrative authorities. He also focuses on legal relations of statutory bodies of corporations, protection of personality and personal data and litigation. Marie regularly lectures and publishes. She is repeatedly ranked among the most recommended employment law specialists in the Czech Republic (Chambers Europe, Who's Who Legal). In 2022, she was awarded Lawyer of the Year in the field of employment law. She is co-author of the Commentary to the Labour Code (C.H.Beck, 2018 and 2022).
