Tomáš Jelínek is focusing on labour law, personal data protection and litigation and arbitration.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague and from the Prague University of Economics and Business. He also studied at Wirtschaftsuniversität in Vienna.
Tomáš joined the office of Eversheds Sutherland in 2014. In addition to his legal practice, Tomáš is also active in lecturing and publishing, he is an author or co-author of various labour law articles and of a commentary of C. H. Beck to the Labour Code. He is fluent in English and German.
Tomáš offers notable expertise in insolvency law and employee disputes and is active on general day-to-day employment matters.
