Sabina Krajíčková is a qualified attorney specialising in employment law. Her expertise covers a full spectrum of labour matters, from drafting employment agreements and managerial contracts to arranging for termination of employment and negotiating with outgoing employees. Other key focus includes drafting various internal regulations and policies, providing counsel on statutory employee transfers (TUPE) and advising on immigration issues, anti-discrimination disputes and other employment-related enquiries. Sabina also frequently assists her clients by contributing to their due diligence processes from an employment perspective. In addition, Sabina has experience in drafting and revising various commercial contracts, preparing legal opinions and analyses, and representing clients in court proceedings and out-of-court settlements. She graduated from Palacký University, Faculty of Law with a master's degree in Czech law and completed her Ph.D. at Charles University, Faculty of Law, in Prague. During her studies and legal career, she has undertaken several professional internships, particularly in Spain.
