Václav Bělohoubek graduated the Law Faculty at Charles University in Prague, where he obtained his Master of Laws degree in 2018. During his professional career he worked for 5 years in ‘Big Four” law firms and partly spent this time on an international assignment in Budapest. In the area of employment law he mostly specializes in international posting of workers, collective relations, agency employment and digitalization of HR agenda.
Václav Bělohoubek has been recommended by the Legal 500 international rating company as an employment law specialist. Václav Bělohoubek is also an arbitrator and a mediator of collective bargaining disputes appointed by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.
