Lenka Droscová has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating employment law documentation, including in particular individual employment contracts, termination and remuneration documents, employer's internal regulations and collective agreements. She provides consultations on all common employment law matters as well as on specific issues, focusing on the transition of rights and obligations under employment law, agency employment, illegal employment and specific issues related to the employment of managers, including relations with members of statutory bodies. Lenka Droscová also has extensive experience in representation in employment law and related proceedings before courts and other authorities.
