In 2005 Ladislava established her own law firm Jasanská & Co., which provides legal services to national and international companies mainly from the business sectors of media, IT, industry and commerce.
Ladislava received her law degree from the law school of the Charles University in Prague in 1998. After graduation she worked in the international law firm Linklaters in Prague (as a Junior Associate in 1998-2001 and as a Senior Associate in 2001-2005, after being admitted to the Czech Bar Association in 2001). At Linklaters she established a specialized labour law department, and also advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, and intellectual property law.
