Iva Bilinská is a senior managing associate in the Employment department at Deloitte Legal in Prague. Iva has extensive experience with providing legal advisory in labour, corporate and competition law. Iva mainly focuses on comprehensive labour-law support of clients, including setting of contractual relationships with employees and internal regulations, employee monitoring, posting of workers and labour disputes. She also often advises clients from various industries on employee aspects in M&A transactions and on contractual relationships with executives and boards.
