Markéta specialises in individual employment law, having a focus on employment and managing director agreements, the termination of employment relationships, settlements with key employees or directors, benefits and premium plans, job reductions and redundancy, transfer of undertakings, agency employment, personal data protection, employer duties in relation to healthcare & social insurance and collective bargaining and labour litigation. She will also advise you in corporate matters.
