Veronika Bočanová has many years of experience in the field of employment law in preparing employment law documentation and setting the content of employment relations from the perspective of both the employer and the employee. She has dealt with a wide range of employment law issues such as individual employment relationships (establishment, changes, termination of employment relationships, rights and obligations of the parties to the employment relationship, working hours, disciplinary proceedings, etc.) and representation of employers and employees in court and administrative proceedings with employment law aspects. He has experience in dealing with issues of concurrent performance of duties or occupational accidents and diseases, various remuneration issues, or e.g. home office settings. Prior to joining our law firm, she worked in two Czech law firms over a period of twenty years, where, in addition to her main specialisation, she also dealt with school law issues, administrative law in the environmental field (waste management) and civil procedural law in resolving complicated litigation at all stages of court proceedings in various areas of business activities.
